The rabbit with antlers

A jackalope is an interesting creature. Something so unbelievbly fake to people that they instantly know it's not real. But is there a truth behind the Jackalope. Surpringly the answer is yes. A disease that hits rabbits called Shope papilloma virus. It makes them grow tumors near their head. It is even weirder to think of a person going through that but then you think of the tree man and all that he goes through and that is exactly it.

Short Story by Me (John Adams)

Kendal liked hunting with her father and the other girls made fun of her for doing something most other girls did not do, but she kept to it. She loved having time with her father. One day she was walking through the woods with her gun she split up from her father. She knew these woods were full of rabbits and that she would be able to get one here. She finally spotted something it was strange, it was a rabbit but it had horns on its head. She pointed her gun at her and shot. She quickly ran back to tell her father what she had seen. When she caught up her father she said "Dad I saw a rabbit with horns on its head." "Nice Joke honey but you know that doesn't exist." "But I saw it come on I’ll show you." She led him down to the area and there was the rabbit. "Oh like a Jack lope, I thought they were fake." he said. "See I showed you it was real." she said. "He leaned down and picked it up, it was dead. The bullet to the head had done it. The rabbit didn't just have horns on its head it tumors on its face. "What wrong with it?" she asked. "I don't know." her father replied. They took it home and showed Kendal's mother, she had been a veterinarian for years. "It's a disease that rabbits get." she said. "is it contagious?" Kendal asked. "No, but its sad if you look at him he wasn't able to eat from all toughs tumors."
